The Wireless Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center (Wireless RERC) is funded by the National Institute for Disability and Rehabilitation Research to “promote equitable access to and use of wireless technologies by people with disabilities and encourage adoption of Universal Design in future generations of wireless devices and applications.” To help us achieve this goal, we are currently investigating Location-Based Services. We define Location-Based Services as wireless services that are intelligent enough to know where you are and what information you need with little or no input from you.
We are currently trying to gain user insight on airline travel to help us best determine how Location-Based Services can improve future travel. We are asking for input from people with visual impairments who have traveled by plane. The following survey contains 11 simple questions that you can answer in 10 minutes or less.
Thank you in advance for your participation.
